COSTS INCLUDE VAT AT THE STANDARD RATE. Giorik ECO1002D, is a heavy duty 10 rack electric convection oven, ideal for busy operators. The oven can be programmed with 28 recipes with 2 phases of cooking in each programme and the controls allow you to plan a 7 day cycle.

The oven will take 1/1gn and 600 x 400mm trays making it ideal for "Bake off" use, by simply changing oven racks. Ideal for heavy use operations.

Holds 10 x 1/1gn at 75mm shelf centres as standard or 8 x 600 x 400mm containers at 80mm shelf centres when optional rack is ordered. Easy to use Electronic programmable controls with manual cooking option. 28 Recipes can be stored with upto 2 phases of cooking and a pre heat cycle in each recipe. 7 day cooking selection can be programmed. Push button humidity control allows you to select humidity at will.

Fitted with Steam release vent. Large diameter fan gives even heat and fast heat up time. Interior of oven has radiused corners and removable oven racks for easy cleaning. Fitted with timer 0 - 120 minutes or continuous setting. Thermostatically controlled Temperature range 50 - 270'C.
